About Us
The Hawaii Pacific Health Medical Group is a non-profit corporate subsidiary of Hawaii Pacific Health (HPH). This consolidated organization was formed to further our vision and mission: To be the leader in health care transformation and to create a healthier Hawaii.
At its core, the HPH Medical Group consists of our employed physicians and advanced practice providers. However, we believe the delivery of high-quality care and exceptional patient experiences doesn’t stop there. Our entire team of over 7,000 HPH employees and medical staff members each play a key role. We achieve our mission and vision with exceptional performance by the HPH Medical Group and strong collaboration with all of our network providers in Hawaii Health Partners, our Accountable Care Organization.
The HPH Medical Group providers currently work at our four medical centers, including our extensive network of clinics, which offer many different specialties. The HPH Medical Group brings all of this talent and expertise together, allowing us to take collegiality, teamwork and collaboration to the next level. This, in turn, means our patients will experience the best possible care across our HPH facilities.
Our Leadership
Dr. Leslie B. Chun, CEO of Hawai’i Pacific Medical Group, in partnership with our HPH executives and physicians, will carry forth our vision and mission to be the leader in health care transformation and create a healthier Hawaii.
Dr. Chun, who was raised in Hawaii, is focused on guiding the evolution of HPH as an integrated provider, uniquely positioning it to provide our community with the world-class care it deserves.

There are over 600 physicians and advanced practice providers in the HPH Medical Group, providing for the needs of our patients in both primary and specialty care.
